03 · Privacy & evidence
Operational context without constant tracking.
Motssa does not continuously track employees. Location is requested for specific operational moments such as clock-in, clock-out, or a user-initiated refresh. The product treats GPS as evidence with a purpose, not as a judgement about a person.

Attendance evidence supports review; it does not prove intent.
Missing cost or coverage data stays visible instead of becoming a confident guess.

Facts first. Explanation second.
The intelligence foundation starts with versioned metric definitions, confidence tiers, readiness gates, and deterministic priorities. An AI narrator can explain a governed snapshot and suggest next actions, but it should not invent data or make personal judgements about workers.

Who is Motssa for?

Does Motssa replace payroll or accounting?
Motssa creates clearer operational records and export workflows. It does not replace qualified payroll or accounting review. Xero connectivity is designed to move reviewed information into the next system.
Is the AI the main product?
No. The operating record comes first. Intelligence is useful only when the underlying definitions, evidence, and gaps are visible.
