About Motssa
Motssa is a business workforce platform for managing job-site attendance, rosters, timesheets, leave requests, and related records. These terms apply to businesses that use Motssa and the people authorised by those businesses.
Business workspaces and accounts
A business owner or manager may request a Motssa workspace through the public website. The business is responsible for deciding who may access its workspace, keeping account information accurate, and promptly removing access when it is no longer required.
Acceptable use
You must use Motssa lawfully and only for legitimate workplace operations. You must not attempt to bypass security, access another business’s data, interfere with the service, or use the platform to harm another person.
Workforce and location data
Businesses are responsible for giving their employees appropriate notice and obtaining any consent required for workplace and location data. Location features are designed to verify attendance while an employee is clocked in. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.
Service availability
We aim to keep Motssa reliable and secure, but availability may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or events outside our reasonable control. Features may change as the product improves.
Customer responsibilities
Each business remains responsible for reviewing timesheets and exported records before using them for payroll, billing, compliance, or employment decisions.
Ending use
A business may contact us to close its workspace. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, data, or the service, or where these terms are materially breached.
