How To Request Deletion

Motssa accounts are usually created by an employer or account administrator. To request deletion of your Motssa account and associated personal data, use one of these options:

1. Contact the employer or manager who provided your Motssa login and ask them to delete your account.
2. Email privacy@tradecollectiveqld.com.au with your full name, account email, employer or business name, and the words “account deletion request”.

What Will Be Deleted

When a deletion request is approved, Motssa will delete or de-identify personal account information where possible, including:

• Profile details such as name, email address, phone number, role, and profile photo.
• Authentication access to the Motssa account.
• Notification subscriptions linked to the account.
• Personal data that is no longer required for business, payroll, security, audit, or legal reasons.

What May Be Kept

Some workforce records may need to be retained after an account is deleted. This can include shift records, timesheets, rosters, job-site attendance records, location samples linked to paid shifts, project progress reports and photos, audit logs, payroll records, manager reports, and records needed for tax, workplace, dispute resolution, security, or legal compliance purposes.

Where possible, retained records may be de-identified or limited so they are no longer used for normal account access.

Timing

Motssa will acknowledge deletion requests as soon as practical. Approved deletion or de-identification will usually be completed within 30 days, unless more time is required for verification, payroll, tax, audit, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Request Other Data Changes

You can also request correction, access, or deletion of specific personal information without deleting your whole account by contacting your employer or emailing privacy@tradecollectiveqld.com.au.
